Turkey's benchmark stock index ends Wednesday at 1,402.35 points
(MENAFN)On Wednesday, Turkey's benchmark stock index ended the day at 1,402.35 points, dropped by 0.53 percent from the last close.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index decreased 7.50 points from the last close of 1,409.85 points, after opening the day at 1,415.44 points.
The index's rate averaged amid 1,401.32 points and 1,419.77 points – 48 stocks on the index increased, 49 dropped, and three remained flat compared to Tuesday.
The amount of market rate of the BIST 100 stood at 988 billion Turkish liras (USD113.3 billion) by market end, with a daily trading rate of 14.1 billion Turkish liras (USD1.6 billion).
