(MENAFN- The Conversation) I am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Law and the Oxford Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics, University of Oxford. My main research interests are in normative and practical ethics, and in the philosophy of medical and criminal law. My British Academy project, ''Changing One's Mind: Neurointerventions, Autonomy, and the Law on Consent'', is on medical consent and examines the extent to which English law on consent sufficiently protects morally salient patient interests. I am also a Research Affiliate at the Legal Priorities Project and an Associate Member of the Rotman Institute of Philosophy.
