(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) A record 22 coronavirus related deaths have been reported in Sri Lanka today, the highest ever daily death toll linked to the virus in Sri Lanka.

The Government said that the 22 deaths confirmed today has now taken the death toll in Sri Lanka to 785.

The daily death toll in Sri Lanka linked to the virus was 19, which was reported yesterday (Friday). (Colombo Gazette)
