Doha: The headquarters of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) was lit in green on Thursday, in celebration of Qatar Family Day, which has been observed since 2011 on April 15.
This day is a representation of Qatar's care for the family as the foundation stone of a strong and harmonious society. QRCS recognises the important role of civil society organizations in strengthening the fabric of family with all its components and at all ages. Under its strategic mission of saving lives and preserving dignity, QRCS pays great attention to families.
