Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah assigned as Kuwait’s new prime minister
(MENAFN) Kuwaiti Emir Sheik Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah appointed Sheik Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister on Sunday, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The emir also appointed him to form a government and to include a list of names for approval, KUNA said.
On January 13, Kuwait's Prime Minister, Sheik Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, addressed the resignation of his government to the Emir.
Kuwait is witnessing regular reshuffles in the government.
