Qatar- DHFC greets 2021 with a myriad of shop openings

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Doha Festival City (DHFC) will host in 2021 more than 20 new brands, some of which will make their debut in Qatar, it was announced yesterday.
During 2020, the stable of respected brands welcomed to the mall reached more than 420 stores, further strengthening the DHFC's position as a global shopping and lifestyle destination, offering an impressive choice of fashion, dining and entertainment outlets for all tastes and levels of income, a statement said.
Choco Melt, a coffee shop specialising in chocolate sweets, dipped fruits, and hot and cold chocolate-based drinks, and Turkish restaurant chain Karafirin, boasting an exceptional offer of fusion food from burgers and pizza to salads, and delicious desserts, will open at the mall in 2021.

Over 100 dining outlets are now open at the mall, ranging from Middle Eastern delights through to the finest Italian gastronomy experience, and spicy Asian dishes, catering to all tastes including vegetarians.
The new outlets opened last year include premium chocolatier Swiss Laderach, Jasmine Flowers (which offer exquisite chocolates and flower arrangements), and White Sugar with a selection of special desserts.

The DHFC has opened a new play centre 'Spark Sense and Play, hosting toddlers and children from six months to 10 years.
'We are delighted with our achievements this year, despite the challenges that we had to face, DHFC general manager Robert Hall said in a press statement. 'Our retailers are our greatest asset, and we hope that with the variety of our newly opened stores, our offering will cater to a wider pool of customers, strengthening the DHFC's positioning as the mall of choice for all shoppers.
The DHFC's opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday, from 10am-10pm, and Thursday to Friday from 10am-11pm.
In line with the coronavirus preventative measures set out by the authorities, the mall has introduced stringent health and safety measures throughout the mall for its staff and visitors.
