Behaviorist Greshun De Bouse Launches #CANCELLOCKDOWNS Movement

(MENAFN- Market Press Release) The year 2020 has been tumultuous at best and now, as the year ends, it seems the COVID-spurred fear expressed at the onset if this global pandemic is re-emerging. With Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching, attempts to discourage family and friends to gather as usual to prevent supposed 'superspreader' COVID contraction situations. Some mayors and governors are calling for lockdowns in one form or the other to supposedly prevent regression to high numbers of COVID cases. But do lockdowns work? Recall early in the pandemic when mass lockdowns were implemented. The forced business closures and unemployment, the general mobility restrictions and lack of sunlight, the added stress of caring for at-home children prohibited from attending brick and mortar classes, and more have not necessarily proven effective in combatting COVID. In fact, respected Researcher and Behaviorist Greshun De Bouse says research indicates the aforementioned things actually impede COVID eradication efforts.
According to De Bouse,
There is no consistently conclusive data demonstrative of lockdown efficacy in COVID case reduction and/or eradication. In fact, research indicates the opposite. Resticting persons to their homes and to living severely devoud of sunlight-the most natural source of Vitamin D for overal funtional normalcy, stripping persons of their means of earning a living thereby facilitating poverty conditions and government dependence, interrupting the child's essential development inclusive of interacting with their peers in psychological and physiological education, and the like all foster depressive and anxiety conditions in adults and children. Present Emergency Crisis Disorder (PECD) is a term and concept I coined and developed during the global COVID crisis [which is now found in the Scholarly Community Encyclopedia] to describe presenting psychological and physiological situational human stress response to and amid national or global crisis which interferes with socialization, and disrupts daily societal functionality normalcy, and has affected millions during this pandemic.
Lockdowns facilitate the perfect environment for PECD and its relative unhealthy coping mechanisms such as eating-induced quaraweight or COVID-19-mandated-quarantine-induced weight gain, various addictions, and suicidal ideation/attempts. The summation of the matter is lockdowns do not work. They do not stop the spread of COVID because persons on lockdown in the same household still managed to contract COVID. We continue to hear stories of those who wear masks, gloves, and other self-deemed protective gear contracting COVID while on lockdown. Thus, I have created the #CANCELLOCKDOWNS movement for the millions of persons who believe like I do based on research that lockdowns do not work. Kudos to President Trump for recognizing this, and unapologetically stating his administration will not impose such an inefficacious method to combat COVID. Also, On November 16, 2020 Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan made his stance known when he simply, yet impactfully tweeted "Don't cancel Thanksgiving. Don't cancel Christmas. Cancel lockdowns."
From Connecticut to Delhi to the White House as De Bouse stated, dignitaries are ascribing to the #cancellockdowns philosophy, deeming it ineffective. You too can be a part of #cancellockdowns by following on Twitter, FB, or Google #cancellockdowns.
