Maldives expects great year for tourism in 2022
(MENAFN) Local media issued on Wednesday, November 4, that Minister of Tourism of the Maldives Abdulla Mausoom has stated that 2022 will be a great year for tourism in the country.
Mausoom was cited by state-owned PSM News as stating that particular activities were being projected to rejoice the 50th anniversary of the Maldives' opening up to tourism in 2022.
Maussom stated that debates were happening to invent special programs throughout the country that would improve the income of tourism sector.
Maldives' tourism sector officially started in 1972 and is the country's major GDP supplier.
