Palestine- Settlers flood olive tree lands with wastewater
(MENAFN- Palestine News Network) PNN/ Nablus/
Israeli settlers on Monday drowned Palestinian citizens' lands in the village of Deir Al-Hatab, east of Nablus, with wastewater.
The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, said that 'Alon Moreh' settlers flooded the lands of the citizens in the eastern side of Deir al-Hatab village with wastewater, in the olive harvest season.
Daghlas said that the majority of these lands are planted with olive trees, which constitutes a great loss for farmers after the pollution resulting from this water.
