Qatar- QC, MADLSA sign agreement to boost co-operation in labor re-employment

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar Chamber and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) signed a co-operation agreement to foster their cooperation in labor re-employment.

The agreement constitutes a support for the Qatar Chamber's electronic platform for labor re-employment which was Launched in coordination with the Ministry in last July with the aim to facilitate the re-employment of skilled workers in the local market.

The agreement aims at fostering cooperation between both parties in labor re-employment and facilitating the access to skilled labor, as well as providing alternatives to recruitment from abroad through establishing an electronic link between both sides to save time and efforts in a way that achieve interests of all parties.

Under the agreement, it was agreed that a joint committee of the Chamber and the Ministry would be formed to implement each party's responsibilities and roles under the signed agreement, which include boosting coordination between both sides, propose additional areas of cooperation and follow up on the implementation of joint projects in accordance with the signed agreement.
