Saudi- KSrelief Masam Project Dismantles 1279 Mines in Yemen during Second Week of June
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, June 14, 2020, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's project for clearing mines in Yemen (Masam) demined 1279 mines during the second week of June 2020, including two antipersonnel mines, 238 anti-tank mines, 1036 unexploded ordnance and three explosive devices.
Since the beginning of the project, as many as 169,434 landmines planted by Houthi militias have been dismantled.
