Coronavirus infections in Sundan hit 3,378

The health ministry of Sudan said on Friday that 235 more patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the country as 16 more patients have died due to the disease, which has increased the total number of coronavirus infections across the nation to 3,378 as the number of deaths stood at 137.
The ministry added that 63 more patients have been successfully treated and have recovered from the disease, which has raised the total number of recoveries to 372.
The government of Sudan has enforced a three week long curfew across Khartoum state on the 18th of April, the curfew was extended from 10 additional days on the 9th of May for two more weeks.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments of the country announced on Friday said that Eid al-Fitr prayers are not going to take place at mosques and squares.
