Second coronavirus related death declared in Oman
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MUSCAT, April 4 (KUNA) -- Omani Ministry of Health announced on Saturday registering the second death caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The deceased was a 72-year-old man who was infected with the virus, the official Omani news agency said, citing the Omani Ministry of Health.
The ministry declared earlier today recording 25 new cases of people infected with the virus, raising the overall number to 277.
Up to 61 patients have recovered. (end)
