(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Nov 26: An unidentified Filipino taxi driver has been detained for interrogation for reckless driving and hitting a traffic policeman when the latter was organizing traffic on the Fourth Ring Road, opposite the Salmiya Fire Brigade, reports Al-Anba daily.

Meanwhile, the daily said a 44-year-old Indian died in a road accident. He was run over by an unidentified motorist on an open in Mangaf
