Spain helps Moroccan efforts against illegal immigration


(MENAFN) Reports announced that Spain's government is extending USD35.89 million to Morocco to back works the country is exerting in tackling illegal immigration.

Spain is delivering the amount within a deal on police collaboration that Spain and Morocco secured in order to put an end to the issue.

Migrants are attempting to enter Europe through crossing the Mediterranean Sea toward Spain in unlawful means.

Last month, Spain approved of a grant valued at 26 million euro to help Morocco reinforce its border regulations.
