Sri Lanka- Relative of Makandure Madush, five others deported from Dubai
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) A relative of notorious underworld leader Makandure Madush and five others have been deported from Dubai and detained at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).
The Police said that the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) detained the suspects when they arrived at the airport.
Several suspects arrested in Dubai in February during a party hosted at a hotel by Makandure Madush have been sent back to Sri Lanka.
The Sri Lankans were deported over the past several weeks and some of them have been arrested and remanded. (Colombo Gazette)
