Saudi- KSrelief MASAM Project Clears 1,140 Mines in Yemen Planted by Houthi Militias

Riyadh, April 15, 2019, SPA -- The MASAM project of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully cleared 1,410 mines, planted by Iranian-backed Houthi militias in Yemeni governorates during the second week of April 2019.

The total mines cleared since the launch of the project are 55,180.

The project is a continuation of the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, to alleviate the humanitarian crisis from which the Yemeni people are suffering.
