Lebanese bank to launch 9 Egyptian branches
(MENAFN) Egypt will witness the opening of nine Lebanese Bank Audi branches this year as the bank sees to expand its operations in the country.
Acting CEO and managing director Mohamed Bedeir confirmed that the Lebanese bank will inaugurate the majority of branches outside of Great Cairo.
Bank Audi, reported Reuters two months ago, began due diligence for the purchase of a unit of National Bank of Greece (NBG) in Egypt.
