Jordan- Deputizing for the King, Prince Faisal meets USAID director

Amman, Mar. 27 (Petra) - Deputizing for His Majesty King Abdullah II, HRH Prince Faisal Ben Hussein on Wednesday met the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Director Mark Green and the accompanying delegation.
The discussions dealt with the strategic partnership relations between Jordan and the U.S. and ways of expanding joint cooperation, especially in the development and economic development areas.
Prince Faisal expressed Jordan's appreciation for the U.S.'s support and for the programs carried out by the USAID in the Kingdom in many sectors.
The meeting, which was attended by the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, touched on burdens of the Syrian refugee crisis and challenges imposed by the regional crises on the Jordanian economy.
