Algeria expects upcoming talks to yield progress in ties with Kuwait


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ALGIERS, Feb 20 (KUNA) -- A fresh round of talks involving a joint Kuwaiti- Algerian committee due in the Gulf state on Thursday is a chance to improve bilateral relations, the Algerian Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.
Algeria's Finance Minister Abdulrahman Rawia and his Kuwaiti counterpart, Nayef Al-Hajraf, will preside over the talks, which provide an opportunity to take ties to new levels, the ministry said in a statement.
