Dubai's Imperial Avenue 40 percent completed


(MENAFN) The Imperial Avenue tower initiative in Dubai was declared by its developer to be currently 40 percent finalized.

Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) confirmed the project to be on track and ready to be launched by December of next year.

The project is now featuring 28 completed floors in no more than two years, when the USD410 million project was launched.

SP International Property Developers managing director Cyrus Engineer stated: "we are very pleased with the progress of Imperial Avenue and delighted to announce that we are currently on schedule for a timely completion in twelve months."

The managing director noted "SPIPD prides itself on serving clients with transparency and honesty to meet contractual handover date. This confirms our commitment to our investors."

Engineer further added that "the property market in the UAE is seeing early signs of resurgence leading to renewed optimism and we have been closely monitoring this trend."
