(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) HANGU: Three sisters lost their lives and four other members of the family were injured when roof of their house collapsed in Kahi area of Hangu on Wednesday night.
Local sources said the roof of schoolteacher Sher Alam's house collapsed due to which his three daughters, Sapna, Samia and Palwasha lost their lives. Four-year-old son of Sher Alam, Imad, 14-year-old daughter Sumera, 15-year-old daughter Shamila and wife sustained injuries in the unfortunate incident. Sources said the roof collapsed as the wooden grader of one of the rooms broke. The whole family was present in the house and was asleep when the incident happened.
The local people retrieved the bodies and the injured after announcements were made in the mosques to come and help in the rescue work. The injured persons were taken to hospital for treatment.
