Qatar- MoI inks Letters of Intent with Nepal and Mexico

DOHA: The Ministry of Interior yesterday signed a Letter of Intent with Nepal Police.

The Letter of Intent was signed by Director of Qatar Public Security, Staff Major General Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, and Inspector General of Nepal Police Sarbendra Khanal.

The LoI intended to enhance security cooperation in combating crimes and training courses and programs.

Another Letter of Intent was signed between Qatar Ministry of Interior and Mexican Secretariat of Interior, aiming at cooperation in the areas of cyber-security, combating money laundering and human trafficking, as well as exchanging experiences in the field of securing major events, especially during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar 2022.

The LoI was signed by Director of Qatar Public Security Staff, Major General Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi and Ricardo Eduardo Aranda, Commissioner of the Federal Police, Mexico.
