Female terrorist from France detained in Turkey

A French female citizen, a member of the Al-Qaeda terrorist group, has been detained in Istanbul, Turkish media reported Sept. 24.
The detainee, whose name is not disclosed, arrived in Turkey and intended to infiltrate Syria.
'The terrorist was detained at one of the bus stations in Istanbul,' the report said.
The investigation is underway to identify the terrorist's connections in Turkey.
