(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Ministry of Public Health has announced that applications for registration and issuance of birth certificates for newborns during Eid al-Adha holidays will be from 8am to 12noon at Sidra Medicine except for the first day of the Eid and Fridays and Saturdays.
