LONDON: COMMONWEALTH HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MEETING. St. James's Palace guardsman lined up at the Friary Court of St. James's Palace in London with 53 flags of the Commonwealth countries ahead of the arrival of the Heads of Delegation for the formal opening of the 25th Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM) 2018 meeting. The Commonwealth is a diverse community of 53 nations and more than 80 organisations that work together to promote prosperity, democracy and peace.
