Jordan- Prime Minister Travels to US for Medical Purposes

AMMAN — Prime Minister Hani Mulqi on Saturday left Jordan, for a 10-day personal leave to undergo further medical check-ups.

Few days ago, Mulqi underwent medical tests at King Hussein Medical City, where he was advised by doctors to do further examinations.

A Royal Decree was issued tasking minister of state for prime ministry affairs, Mamdouh Abbadi as a caretaker prime minister and minister of defence during Mulqi absence.
