Ajman Holding signs deal with Chinese giant for mall construction
(MENAFN) Ajman Holding has signed a deal with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) Middle East to construct the latest shopping destination in the UAE, Mirkaaz.
The mall is to consist of over 100 shops and is to provide a health and fitness centre, cinema, family entertainment area, international restaurants, botanical gardens and a hypermarket, as it predicts visitors to reach 1 million yearly.
The $136 million project is to be the first to include a sprawling atrium roof to offer natural light inside the mall that allows plants to grow and grants visitors a magnificent view of the sky day and night.
