Jordan- King meets Ghana president

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Aqaba, Dec. 3 (Petra) -- his majesty King Abdullah II on Sunday met with President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo, who participated in the meetings held in Aqaba to discuss international efforts to combat terrorism and extremist ideology, especially in West Africa.
During the meeting, the two leaders emphasized the importance of increasing coordination and strengthening regional and international cooperation in the war on terrorism within a holistic strategy as terror poses a threat to global security and peace.
The two sides also discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in various fields, especially in economic spheres.
