Kuwait banks observes religious holiday next Thursday
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- Chairman of the Union of Kuwaiti Banks Dr. Hamad Al-Hasawi said Tuesday that all local banks would stopped operating next Thursday in observance of a religious holiday marking the birth of the Prophet Mohammad.
Banks will resume work next Sunday as approved by the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), he added.
