China's express transports excel beyond economic drop
(MENAFN) Despite the ongoing sluggish economy, China has witnessed its express delivery segment expand in a steady pace throughout 2015, and it's anticipated to grow even more over the current year.
Additionally, the total revenue of the courier market has touched a whopping USD42.44 billion over last year, up 35 percent y-o-y, plus Courier services had delivered to 70pct of towns by end-year.
According to the State Post Bureau (SPB), businesses from different backgrounds generated a healthy number of 20.65 billion deliveries, reflecting a healthy 48 percent increase from 2014's numbers.
Furthermore, the 2nd largest economy intends to construct an efficient and safe delivery system with nationwide coverage, advanced technology and services and international connections by 2020.
