Oman- Polyglot Group honours performers at first annual meet

The Polyglot Group held its first annual meet at Hormuz Grand Hotel in Muscat recently.

Conducted prior to a special group iftar, the event focused on gathering the staff from Polyglot Group''s three main divisions: training and education, consultancy and management and technologies.

During the event, chief executive Sheikh al Qassim bin Mohammed al Harthy launched the group''s website, internal newsletter and a new ERP system.

Further, he gave away awards for Star Performers of the year to many long-standing Polyglot employees.

He also gave away Loyalty/Years of Service awards to those who completed five years of service and above, ten years and above, 15 years and above and 20 and 30 years of service.

''The real strength of any advanced country is its people, especially the educated ones, and the fortune and success of the people are measured by the standard of their education,'' said Harthy as education remains the top priority for Oman.
