GCC Chief, EU official discuss regional political and security developments

JEDDAH, 31st May, 2016 (WAM) -- Gulf Cooperation Council, GCC, Secretary-General, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, met yesterday in Jeddah with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini, during her two-day visit to Saudi Arabia.
According to the Bahrain News Agency, BNA, the two sides discussed GCC EU cooperation and ways of bolstering joint ties in all fields. They also reviewed current regional political and security developments of mutual interest.
