REMSAFE’s provides a safety solution that delivers direct cost savings and increases productivity.

Its high voltage remote isolate system which was initially designed for use at hard rock mining operations quickly and safely de-energise and isolates bulk handling plant from motive energy sources in less than 3 minutes.

Orbital intends to aggressively build the existing order book for REMSAFE products within the local iron ore industry as well as leverage the global potential the REMSAFE technology has for all forms of bulk mining bulk commodity handling and oil and gas industry applications for electrical and process isolations.

The REMSAFE business will be integrated into the company’s other growth initiatives.

These include the Unmanned Aircraft Systems propulsion systems business potential expansion into the Indian automotive engineering sector and Orbital’s highly successful Synerject Joint Venture with Continental AG.
