Swiss economy falls in Q2
(MENAFN) Official data showed that, gross domestic product (GDP) in Switzerland hits an unexpected decrease in the second quarter of 2014, Oman Observer reported.
The country's GDP was projected to grow 0.5%, while the reading came at 0.0% according to the Federal Statistical Office.
The Swiss economy was supposed to post a growth of 1.7%. However, it managed only to grow by 0.6%. Growth volume in the previous quarter reached 2.1%.
