New Zealand trade deficit hit USD2.15b in Q3
(MENAFN) The trade deficit in New Zealand trade was the largest in almost five years in the third quarter, due to an increase in imports, Xinhua reported.
The current account deficit was at USD2.15 billion in the quarter, which is up by USD294.77 million from the quarter before it.
Balance of payments manager said: "For the first time in five years, New Zealand imported more goods and services than we exported."
