Kuwait- Guard Hurt In Couple's Quarrel

(MENAFN- Arab Times) The guard of a building in Farwaniya sustained hand fractures while he was trying to settle a quarrel between an Egyptian couple. According to security sources, a fight between a husband and wife flared over a family dispute inside an apartment during which the woman left the apartment and was screaming loudly. Hearing her screams, the guard rushed to the apartment and tried to settle the quarrel. However, the husband threw a bottle at the guard, which injured his hand. Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location when they received information about the quarrel. Paramedics referred the guard to Farwaniya Hospital for treatment while securitymen referred the husband to Farwaniya police station for interrogations. A case was registered for investigations.
