Saudi- Commerce and Industry Minister Licenses Company Transformation

(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved the licensing of the transformation of 'Sabah-Ayam' Investment Company from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company with a capital of SR 50 million, split into 5 million shares of nominal value of SR 10 per share. A press release of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said today that the partners subscribed to all the shares of the Riyadh-based company.
