Cairo, Dhu-AlQa'dah 04, 1439, July 17, 2018, SPA -- Secretary General of Arab League Dr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, stressed today the need to provide the necessary capabilities and create the human and environmental scientific incubators that attract researchers to put the Arab nation at its deserved scientific status among the world giants.
In a key speech during the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the new headquarters of the Institute of Arab Research and Studies located at in Cairo, Abul Gheit said the Arab nation is rich of its talented youth, no doubt, but what they need is to build well-established state-of-the-art scientific and research institutions to practice thier talents for the benefit and future of their people.
