Pakistan- CM visits house of conjoined twin sisters in Charsadda


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) CHARSADDA: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak on Friday visited the residence of conjoined twin sisters in Charsadda and handed over air tickets to their parents for their treatment abroad.

According to a statement issued from the Chief Minister House, Pervaiz Khattak went to the house of Safa and Marwa, two conjoined girls. The chief minister on behalf of the provincial government handed over five air tickets to the parents of the girls for their treatment abroad. The girls' parents said their treatment will begin in August.

The chief minister spent some time at the house of Safa and Marwa and also prayed for their earlier recovery.

Doctors said the treatment of both the girls is possible in UK. However, the parents of the girls are poor and cannot afford their treatment abroad.
