Samir Nuriyev has been appointed the chairman of Azerbaijan's State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on April 21 on the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Prior to this appointment, Nuriyev served as director of Azerbaijan's State Housing Agency.
