(MENAFN) An LA Fitness gym in New Jersey declared that it s sacked a manager and two other staff members after an video shared online revealed them contacting the police on two black clients, one of them was a member while the other was a visitor with a pass.
The two men claimed they have the right to stay at the club, however, they were racially profiled.
Customer Tshyrad Oates confirmed that he has gotten a gust pass for four days at the Secaucus gym, meanwhile his friend was already a member.
While an employee, whom Oates claimed didn't know her manger had already signed in his friend, has asked them to either pay or leave.
