Pakistan- Alleged killer of three children in Mardan killed in police encounter
(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) MARDAN: An alleged murderer of three children has been killed in a police encounter in Mardan.
The accused, Imran Ali allegedly entered a house in Kanj area of Katlang tehsil three days ago and shot dead three-year-old Arman, 12-year-old Sapna and 16-year-old Bilal. The culprit escaped the scene after committing the triple murder.
On Friday night, police received a tip off that Imran was present in Qasmi area after which Katlang and Kharki police conducted a joint raid. The accused opened fire upon seeing the police and was shot dead in retaliatory firing by policemen.
Police handed over the body of Imran to his family after post mortem.
