Azerbaijan's METAK company plans to issue bonds worth two million manats, the Baku Stock Exchange said in a message Dec. 12.
The bonds' annual interest rate will be 14 percent and their payout will be once a quarter of the year.
In total, 2,000 bonds worth 1,000 manats each will be issued.
METAK has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1997.
