Pakistan- PHC moved against protests outside KP Assembly, Governor House on GT Road
The petitioner Advocate Khurshid Afridi, in his petition, said that all political parties and government employees held protests on GT Road outside the buildings for their demands due to which common people face immense problems.
The petition said due to protests traffic remain jam for hours due to which commuters going to hospitals, offices, railway stations, courts and bus stands spend hours in traffic jam.
It said that several roads have been closed for traffic due to construction work on Bus Rapid Transit project. If protests are held on the remaining opened road then it would bring city life to a complete standstill, the petition said.
