US Education Department to narrow down civil rights inquiries at schools


(MENAFN) The manners in which civil rights investigations are carried out at schools are being considered to be modified by the Education Department.

Inquiries into discrimination complaints in schools presently go further than a particular reported incident but look into any potential "systemic" or institutional concerns that originate civil rights issues.

However, the Education Department is pursuing change in order to make the center of attention revolve around the main complaint instead of investigating the source of the issue as a whole.
