Beach buggy collision leaves a twelve year old girl dead in Newry
(MENAFN) Due to the impact of a collision between a beach buggy and a pick-up truck in Newry, County Down a twelve year old girl has been killed.
According to police, at around 14:50 GMT on Saturday the buggy that the girl was riding next to a fourteen year old girl who left with a broken leg has crashed into the truck on Flagstaff Road.
It was confirmed that no injuries were inflicted on the pick-up truck driver after the Northern Ireland air ambulance arrived at the scene of the incident. Police have requested information to be brought forward.
