Domino's buys Japan share for 42m USD


(MENAFN) Domino's pizza is now the full owner of its Japanese dual business after it bought partner Bain Capital's minority share for 42m USD.


Domino's said it's paying less than 46.4m USD it has prepared for the deal in its full- year accounts.

The deal which is expected to be done by Friday, will be paid for in cash and existing debt facilities.

The company is making its way through Europe, as it has bought the German chain Hallo Pizza for 48.1m USD last week.
