Qatar- Traveler fined QR3,000 for taking photo of cabin crew

Doha, Qatar:The Court of First Instance punished a passenger on a flight, for filming a cabin crew and refusing to comply with security instructions with a fine of QR3,000.

The prosecution accussed a young man of disrupting public order on board a plane during the flight.

He also misbehaved with the crew of the plane who tried to calm him down. He said to them inappropriate words and tried to photograph them with his mobile.

In the court, the defendant denied the charges against him and denied his instructions. However, the crew's testimony in the investigation records confirms that he committed a violation of the public order regulations on the plane.
