(MENAFN) Barwa Real Estate Co., a pioneering real estate firm in Qatar proclaimed the signing of construction deal for phase two of Madinat Al Mawater with Insha Contracting and Trading Co.
Additionally, the deal value amounts to QR112.5mn with a construction duration of 12 months so as to meet the increasing leasing demands on the project.
Moreover, the whole built up area of phase two is 35.607 square meters and covers of 59 used car showrooms, 176 residential units and 10 commercial shops.
Meanwhile, the group is preparing a market survey to identify the needs of used-car market in order to fulfill them in the coming phases of the project.
